Please be
advised that the official business days in the gizmoskw.com from Saturday to
Thursday. Fridays , holidays and public holiday its holidays for all
employees of gizmoskw.com and shipping companies
Our first mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience, so we have made it easier for you to make your shipment easier because your convenience is our priority.
gizmoskw.com mainly
delivers your orders through the company's own fleet but may get help from a
third party at peak times to ensure the timely shipping of your order.
Some goods may need more time for processing, with delivery taking a
day or several days, depending on the nature of the item.
In the case
of urgent orders, please contact our customer service and we will do our best
to help you.
We will ask
for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We
will deliver the order to the registered address and we consider the signature
of anyone at the address as a receipt of the order.
If there is no
one at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact
our customer service to agree another delivery time. The company is not able to
attempt delivery more than twice. The company is not responsible for any order
exceeding 7 days of the first
delivery attempt.
The delivery charge is KWD 1.500 per order for orders less than or equal KWD 15. Orders above KWD 15 are free of charge.

SCHEDULE
We process
and ship all our orders 6 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and Kuwait Public Holidays.
For Kuwait,
Orders placed after 4.00 pm will be processed the next working day to be delivered
within 1 to 2 working days.
Important
Delivery Information:
A signature
is required upon receipt of the shipment.
We insure all packages in transit from gizmoskw.com to the delivery address against theft and incidental damage. Once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by gizmoskw.com.
gizmoskw.com reserves the
right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a
remote area.
If you want
to cancel or refund your order, please head our Contact page and follow the
steps to lodge a request.
Please note
that if your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will
need to receive it first and then follow the return process.
